COUNSELLING & PSYCHOTHERAPYCONFIDENTIALITY (KEEPING THINGS PRIVATE)Anything that you tell either a doctor or a counsellor at the Brandon Centre is in strictest confidence and will not be discussed with anyone else without your permission. This includes parents, other people in your family, teachers, doctors, and social workers. Very occasionally, we do need to involve others, but this is only when a doctor or counsellor feels that a young person is seriously at risk and, if this is the case, we always discuss it with you first.
