GET IN TOUCH MAKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH A DOCTOR OR NURSE Why make an appointment? Providing you turn up on time, an appointment guarantees that you will see a doctor or nurse. It also means that you are less likely to wait in a crowded waiting room. How do I get in touch? You can make an appointment by telephoning us on 020 7267 4792, 020 7267 1321, by dropping in and speaking to our reception staff, or by emailing contraception@brandoncentre.org.uk. An appointment will be made as soon as possible, depending on what help you need. For more information go to how to find us or opening times. Your first appointment When you come to the Centre for your first appointment, the receptionist will ask for some details (e.g. name, mobile number, date of birth) to help make up your file for the doctor or nurse. Your details are confidential and are kept at the centre. There is no need to bring anything with you, but it would be helpful to turn up 5 minutes early to give the receptionist time to make up your file. MAKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH A COUNSELLOR OR PSYCHOTHERAPIST You will need to go on a waiting list. You can do this by phoning 020 7267 4792, being referred, by dropping in or by emailing counselling@brandoncentre.org.uk.
